The QLC process
- We discuss your specific property requirements in terms of budget restraints and overall expectations.
- We set in place a focussed plan, that can be managed in whole or part by the client, or by QLC Consulting.
- We provide a rationalised plan that focuses maintenance funding in the correct areas and ensures funding is not wasted or incorrectly allocated on work that isn’t an immediate requirement.
- We ensure that the nominated contractors have robust health and safety processes in place in line with the client’s health and safety obligations to protect staff and guests.
- Site specific painting specification and colour consultancy service if required.
- Flexible scheduling of work to suit accommodation demands along with minimum access disruption that can occur with fixed scaffolding.
- QLC Consulting service fee for the implementation of property plans will be dependent on the level of service required for implementation, the number of individual projects required, and the level of procurement needed for each individual project.
