We consider each individual properties requirements in terms of budget restraints and overall expectations. A full onsite survey conditional assessment is carried out and all elements of the building will be assessed for current condition.

About us

QLC’s Managing Director, Brent Ingram has many years of experience within all industry sectors relating to buildings and property, which has allowed us to provide professional support to a broad spectrum of clients.

Relocating from Christchurch to Arrowtown in early 2009 to take up the management of Arrowfield Apartments has provided an understanding of the hospitality industry and guests’ requirements, which helps when formulating property plans for accommodation providers.

We are based in Wanaka, and QLC Consulting covers the Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago region, but we also have strong business and personal relationships in Canterbury, and further afield.
